Oh, I NEVER run out of products to review. The issue with regenerative braking in an ebike is that the brake would have to be in the hub motor vice the disc hydraulic brakes. This means that such a bike would only have full throttle power vice peddling. I’m sure it could be done, but I’ve never seen it in low cost bikes.

If you do it in the sequence of my video (I.e., search for the wifi signal, connect to it, then open the app) then all should work. If you do things correctly and still see no wifi signal then the issue is your phone (incompatible as it lacks the protocol 802.11ac)

The bike is authorized to be sold in Canada and meets the requirements. Every ebike, escooter, eskateboard can be either quickly modified for increased speed, which is what most owners eventually do. This ebike allows for the 3 power modes and top speeds, thus it is up to the RIDER to adhere to any local BY-LAWS, which every Canadian City has different when it comes to such products. For example... The speed limits for your daily commute via car change as you travel. However, myself and the remainder of the human population would not tell you your car is illegal because it can exceed such speed limits due to horsepower and acceleration, but rather that you are a responsible human that, for the most part, obeys the posted speed limits. The same applies to every e-bike, e-scooter, e-skateboad. If the owner follows the common sense speeds and does not endanger anyone, then no one is the wiser.

I’m only reading the laws of the Ontario Traffic Act. The motor is larger than 500watts and the bike is capable of exceeding 32km per hr. Thus making it a moped. It doesn’t get much clearer.

@@royceparker6862my advice to you and anyone that believes certain e-bikes are “illegal” is to visit your local ebike and cycle shop. Top brand names in the cycle industry all have 750 watts or higher. Many have a speed limit assigned as that is the more important aspect. All are legally sold in Ontario.

Nope. You would want a DJI GPS Camera drone for that purpose and not an FPV drone.

With a $2000 budget, get yourself the AVATA 2, and then after you have flown it for awhile, then get yourself the DJI REMOTE 3. Watch my full review of the AVATA 2 and you'll understand my recommendation.

Firmware update? There is no EMAX Firmware update (at least there normally is no such thing in the FPV hobby). Or did you make the newbie mistake and click on FIRMWARE update in Betaflight Configurator? Hope not. For years, in many videos I warn newbies that doing such a thing will wipe their FPV drone of all settings and configuration.

@CAPTAINDRONE798 when I contact Pilot pro emax to betaflight, if asked me about update to newer versions, MATEKF411RX I did it , than I lost all data and settings, lost Gyro and sensors, lost video vtx totally 😢 😞

@@ThecitypetsThe fix, to restore everything back to factory is to go on the EMAX website and look for a DUMP file for your model of drone. If you can’t find one, then you have to ask EMAX for one. Once you get the DUMP file, you then open the file and copy all the code. Then go in Betaflight Configurator to the CLI tab and PASTE all the data. Let it load, then type SAVE. There are lots of RUclips videos that explain how to load a DUMP file.

Banggood is like an ASIAN Amazon. They don’t make or own the products. Retailers sell them on Banggood so they can’t assist you with troubleshooting or technical issues. For customer support of other things like missing product or damaged product you have to write to them in Mandarin (you know, goggle translate in clear concise English translated to Mandarin), then you’ll receive a quick response. If you write in English to a Chinese business… well, good luck!
